Pumper Division Careers
Supervisor
- Valid Class 1 or 2 with air endorsement
- Demonstrate safe vehicle operation
- Know how to operate pumper units competently
- Competently service and maintain fluid pumps
- Vast knowledge of pump operation and procedures
- Strong leadership qualities and customer service skills
- Knowledge of different well site operations
- Ability to help teach and train new operators
- Some knowledge of down hole operations
Operator
- Valid Class 1 or 3 with air endorsement
- Demonstrate safe vehicle operation
- Knowledge of pump procedures and pumper trucks
- Know how to service and maintain fluid pumps
- Work well with and respect other crew members
- Complete paperwork properly and in a timely fashion
- Be punctual and fit for work
- Willingness to learn and advance in the company
Trainee
- Valid and clean Class 5 license
- Demonstrate safe and competent vehicle handling
- Work well with and respect other crew members
- Able to follow directions and complete tasks assigned
- Complete paperwork properly and in a timely fashion
- Be punctual and fit for work
- Maintain good housekeeping and be a team player
- Willingness to learn and advance in the company
Pressure Testing Careers
Pressure Testing Technician
- Standard First Aid (AB/BC)
- H2S Alive certificate
- Minimum Class 5 driver's license with (Q) Air endorsement
- CSO (Critical Sour Operations)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the oilfield industry
- Drilling rig experience as motorhand or higher
- 2 years service rig experience
- Valve or wellhead technician experience
Trainee
- Valid and clean Class 5 license
- Demonstrate safe and competent vehicle handling
- Work well with and respect other crew members
- Able to follow directions and complete tasks assigned
- Complete paperwork properly and in a timely fashion
- Be punctual and fit for work

Dispatching Careers
Dispatcher
Have experience as a dispatcher? Join our operations team.
- Dispatch workers to pick up and drop off loads
- Ensure drivers are within hours of service when dispatching
- Attain all permits required to haul dispatched loads
- Ensure regular contact with drivers
- Fill out dispatching forms and ensure timely paperwork
- Ensure tickets contain all pertinent information (billing, company name, POs, AFEs, rates, etc.)
- Work with safety advisors
Required Certifications
- • H2S, First Aid, Hours of Service
- • Cargo Securement, Pre/Post Trips Inspection training
- • Company Orientation
- • Class 5 driver's license or better
