PUMPER DIVISION CAREERS
SUPERVISOR
- Demonstrate safe vehicle operation
- Have a valid class 1 or 2 with valid air endorsement
- Be able to work well with and respect other crew members
- Be able to follow directions and complete tasks assigned
- Complete paper work properly and in a timely fashion
- Complete all training and demonstrate ability to perform tasks learned safely
- Be punctual and fit to work
- Maintain good housekeeping and self-motivated to help where ever needed
- Follow all safety procedures showing ability to complete tasks safely and keep all tickets current
- Have a willingness to learn and advance in the company
- Know how to operate pumper units competently
- Know how to competently service and maintain fluid pumps
- Show vast knowledge of pump operation and procedures
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
- Have a good knowledge different well site operations
- Give out clear concise directions and follow up on tasks delegated
- Have paperwork completed fully and completely in a timely manner without being chased for it
- Help teach and train new operators
- Have some knowledge of down hole operations
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and customer service with the client
OPERATOR
- Demonstrate safe vehicle operation

- Complete paper work properly and in a timely fashion
- Complete all training and demonstrate ability to perform tasks learned safely.
- Be punctual and fit for work
- Maintain good housekeeping and a team player
- Follow all safety procedures fully and keep up all tickets current
- Have a willingness to learn and advance in the company
PRESSURE TESTING CAREERS
Want to pressure test blow out preventers (BOPs) for some of the biggest companies in the world?
- Current Standard First Aid 2 day training certificate
- Current H2S certificate
Preferred Experience:
Oilfield experience preferably with conventional oil rigs as a floorhand (roughneck) or higher
DISPATCHING CAREERS
Have experience as a dispatcher?
Required Courses
Ensure you are current in the following certifications: H2S, First Aid, Hours of Service, Cargo Securement, Pre/Post Trips Inspection training and Company Orientation. Dispatchers must have a Class 5 driver’s license or better.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Dispatch workers to pick up and drop off loads
- Ensure drivers are within the hours of service when dispatching them to work
- Attain all permits required to haul the load being dispatched
- Ensure regular contact with driver
- Fill out dispatching forms
- Ensure drivers have appropriate paperwork before they begin their trip
- Make sure all paperwork is handed in, in a timely fashion
- Ensure tickets contain all pertinent information, (i.e. Billing, Company Name, address, POs, AFEs, Rates, etc.)
- Work with safety advisors
